nigelNigel Wardrop, Undergraduate (UBC)

I was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to the United States at a very young age. I was raised in New Jersey in the suburbs and was always fascinated by the environment around me. When I graduated from High School I was driven to move back to Canada and work towards an environmentally focused career. In 2012 I was accepted to the Natural Resource Conservation program with UBC Forestry. After learning more about the industry and Forestry as a practice I was much more interested in the practical side of forestry, and quickly changed my focus onto Forest Management. I am currently planning on taking a position with Forsite Consultants Ltd. at their Prince George location in the coming year doing various pre-harvest planning and operations.
