The job posting is for a Full-time Youth Social Worker at Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House. The successful candidate is responsible for connecting youth with community resources and making referrals as necessary to support their ongoing care. In addition, they support the preparation and facilitation of the Youth Small Grants Program while collaborating with the Youth Services team to ensure a smooth implementation and operation. Another key responsibility is to plan and purchase program supplies within the parameters of the grant budget. These responsibilities require experience working with youth, strong organizational, communication, and planning skills and a deep commitment to youth advocacy and community development which I showcased in my resume and cover letter.
