Fitness has been a passion and way of life for Sam for years, which stems from being a competitive gymnast for 10 years and a provincial soccer player for 5. Last year she opened up her own Jazzercise and she shows a true passion to teach and help others progress in their fitness. Sam strives to transform lives while bringing awareness to those who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Sam will implement training styles such as plyometrics, resistance, flexibility and core to incorporate in a program in order for each individual to succeed and be motivated towards their goals. Her enthusiasm for teaching classes such as Jazzercise and Spin enables people to want to push themselves and walk out of their workout feeling as though they have accomplished what they set out to do.
Enjoys: Hiking, teaching and taking classes, bike riding, one-on-one fitness to push my abilities and others, water sports and running.

Growing up competing in high level athletics Skyler has a great understanding of what is needed to succeed within your sport. Developing a strong work ethic to help other athletes progress within their sport or daily life. It can be very difficult to transition from being an athlete to exercising for long term health outcomes. Skyler’s goal is to assist people of all skills and experience to find exciting and motivational methods to remain active and accomplish their personal goals.
