Classes

Jazzercise:

  • A one hour workout, offering a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates,  and kickboxing movements, to obtain a whole body workout. New and old upbeat music

    with different routines keep this class fun and exhilarating, making you not want to miss a class. Jazzercise is offered 6 times per week with different music and routines every week to keep that fitness developing.

Yoga:

  • Yoga allows you to feel rejuvenated in body, mind and soul. It is strengthening, opening, challenging and relaxing. We offer a variety of types, such as hatha, power and restorative yoga, 6 days a week. Our highly trained staff will allow you to get the outcome you want within every yoga class you attend.

Spin class:

  • A great way to get in a vigorous workout. It burns calories, builds muscle strength and increases your endurance. This workout uses stationary bikes with features such as specially shaped handlebars, adjustment points to modify the bike to each

    individual, and a device to increase or decrease the difficulty/intensity of pedalling. Motivation is key when attending spin classes, which is encouraged every minute by our exceptional instructors.

 

 

 

 

Crossfit (Power and Olympic Lifting)

  • Power lifting is referred to as a strength sport consiting of three attempts at maximal weight on three different lifts: Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift. Olympic lifting is referred to as a single lift of maximum weight of a barbell loaded with weight plates. Two competition lifts are the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Crossfit encompasses both types of lifting to optimize fitness by constantly varying functional movements performed at high intensities. These workouts are performed together in a group setting, making it a key component to effective training as you have support right there in the room with you. If you want a thorough challenge of your fitness, or improve your current fitness to the next level, come give this class a try, you wont regret it!
