Outdoor Training

Are you someone who loves to be active but is not fond of working out in a gym? Well we have a program for you. During the warm Okanagan months, we offer outdoor training to make use of our beautiful summers, yet being active and leading a healthy lifestyle at the same time.

Training includes: Hikes, Bikes, Beach training, Walks, Rock climbing, Beach volleyball and more.

We offer fun activities in the winter months as well, such as: Snow shoeing and Cross-country skiing for those who would like to change up their activities in a social environment and outside of the gym.
