In first year I was part of a program run by UBC Arts called the CAP program, or Coordinated Arts Program. A huge part of this program was developing scholarly communication skills in our ASTU 100A class. We were required to create a blog as a virtual work space to share our ideas with the rest of the class, as well as the world. This is the result:
Looking back on this work, it is interesting to read some of the posts now, not only due to the fact that they are incredibly engaging topics, but also from the lense of understanding the posts as incredibly influential in developing my skills in research, scholarship and as a writer.
