I am currently a research associate in the Centre for High-Throughput Biology at the University of British Columbia working with Dr. Paul Pavlidis in the Laboratory for Neuroinformatics. The focus of the lab is analysis of gene expression microarray data as well as other genomics and high-throughput data using meta-analytical frameworks.

My main research interest are methods for processing and analysis of high-throughput biological data, such as microarrays and next generation sequencing data.
