How do I see myself as a teacher…. when I haven’t really ever taught in a secondary school….
I think I will be an enthusiastic teacher. I am a hard worker and try to be as organized as possible for each lesson/lecture. I try and be approachable for students to talk to. I also try to be respectful of students
How would one of my average students describe me as a teacher?
From my previous experience teaching at the University level, I have been told that I am enthusiastic and interesting to listen too. Some students did not like how I did not have enough material to cover a whole class (3 hr class)… don’t really get that at the university level but maybe they see me as unorganized or that I haven’t planned well. I can definitely see that and this is something I will be better at in my practice.
