Alonso Del Río is a non-Indigenous Peruvian yagesero (a medicine man who prepares and conduct ceremonies with Yage/Ayahuasca) who has lots of wisdom and knowledge about Indigenous cosmologies and sacred plants. He was trained by medicine men from the Shipibo people in the Peruvian Amazon.
