These sessions are designed to create a collaborative space for learning, experimentation, and discussion around the evolving role of GenAI in teaching and learning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resources<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js faq-accordion-tech-page\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-52730\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Instituitional Tools &amp; Guidance<\/h5><div id=\"ac-52730\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/genai.ubc.ca\/resources\/#faculty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Resources for faculty, students, staff and researchers:<\/strong><\/a> A comprehensive array of tools and methods for Generative AI used by faculty, students, staff, and researchers at UBC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology<\/strong> <strong>(CTLT)<\/strong> at UBC has published guidelines and recommendations surrounding <a href=\"https:\/\/ai.ctlt.ubc.ca\/ai-and-assessments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AI and Assessments.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ai.ctlt.ubc.ca\/generative-ai-studio-deep-dives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Generative AI Studio Deep Dives:<\/a><\/strong> A series of recorded, hour-long sessions that explore specific GenAI topics in teaching and learning, building faculty knowledge and skills progressively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An archive of recorded videos highlighting events, including the use of GenAI, hosted by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLNibQ20WeKtswr_VOzh6aROSjaOqjN2-e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CTLT Events.<\/a><\/strong>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ltic.ubc.ca\/learning-technology-incubator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Incubator at LTIC:<\/a><\/strong> Supports the development of AI projects at UBC, particularly initiatives connected to Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund (TLEF) projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js faq-accordion-tech-page\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h5 id=\"at-52731\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Teaching &amp; Assessment Practices<\/h5><div id=\"ac-52731\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/erau.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_bOzPYuamQMcbmEm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Embry Riddle Aeronautical University<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 <em>Getting Started with AI<\/em>: A faculty training course that guides instructors in developing course-specific AI policies and designing scaffolded, AI-integrated learning activities and assessments ready for immediate classroom use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology<\/strong> at UBC has published guidelines and recommendations surrounding <a href=\"https:\/\/ai.ctlt.ubc.ca\/ai-and-assessments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AI and Assessments.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dlit.opened.ca\/activities-list\/genai\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dlit.opened.ca\/activities-list\/genai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PRACTICE WHAT MATTERS: Use AI tools with curiosity and caution.<\/a> <\/strong>VCC Digital Learning for Innovative Teaching has posted a collection of 8 short activites to assist with genAI in teaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Published by MacEwan University, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macewan.ca\/c\/documents\/teaching-generative-ai-in-class.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Generative Artificial Intelligence in Your Class: Recommended Practices<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moreusefulthings.com\/prompts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Prompt Library \u2014 More Useful Things: AI Resources.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Use this to have\u00a0ready made\u00a0prompts for student assignments or\u00a0Instructor Aids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livebinders.com\/b\/3638700\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LUDIA <\/a> <\/strong>and <a href=\"https:\/\/poe.com\/Iudia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/poe.com\/Iudia<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 An AI tool that supports course design through UDL principles, helping instructors identify and remove barriers to learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oercommons.org\/hubs\/ai-in-oer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI &amp;
