Anyone who has been to Thailand has been to Koh Phi Phi, as it is surely one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Due to its beauty and popularity, it is obviously not the cheapest place is SE Asia. We spent two nights on Koh Phi Phi and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. On our only full day on the island we hiked from our hotel (Toh Kao Resort) to the top of mountain to an amazing viewpoint. If you do this hike, bring bug spray! I was completely eaten alive and had a mini panic attack… The short but steep hike up is well worth the amazing view.

We spent the rest of the day relaxing down on the beautiful beaches, drinking mango shakes and eating delicious food. It is important to note that if you are staying at a resort not near the main town of Ton Sai and require a boat to your hotel, make sure you tell your restaurant that you are going there by foot but will need a ride back! We saw on the board times written for boat departures, but it turns out they only come if they know people will be there waiting. It ended up costing us 600 baht to get back, which is ridiculous!!
