Through this course, I became hooked to every aspect: retrieving, projecting, analyzing data, and creating visually enticing maps. I\u2019ve learned the essentiality of GIS to daily life, becoming a creator, analyzer, and an audience to maps of all kinds. Like ESRI made me realize during my first lab, I want to keep creating\u00a0<em>\u201ca map for every story\u201d<\/em>, and progressing, like how my first map compares to my last.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(ps. yes, this is the same post you saw on my &#8216;home&#8217; page)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"post-excerpt\">Four months ago, I was oblivious to the existence of GIS.
