For example, in http:\/\/corncommentary.com\/2012\/09\/24\/no-farm-bill-now\/\u00a0 it briefly explains how farm bill works and how past farm bills affected the commodity market, not necessary to search &#8220;farm bills&#8221; then.<\/p>\n<p>In library I found a book &#8220;<strong>Methods to analyse agricultural commodity price volatility&#8221;<\/strong> by <a title=\"Search for more by this author\" href=\"http:\/\/cornell.worldcat.org\/search?q=au%3APiot-Lepetit%2C+Isabelle.&amp;qt=hot_author\">Isabelle Piot-Lepetit<\/a>; <a title=\"Search for more by this author\" href=\"http:\/\/cornell.worldcat.org\/search?q=au%3AM%27Barek%2C+Robert.&amp;qt=hot_author\">Robert M&#8217;Barek<\/a>. It was published in 2011, which is quite up-to-date.
