So far, I have had to conjure up a lot of patience, positive self-talk and perseverance. I’ve pulled deeply at my growth mindset mantras, “Expletive, expletive…darn stitch. I am not good at you… YET“
But, slowly, surely I am learning and improving. I produced a pretty macrame wall hanging the first week.
Two weeks ago, I could not knit at all. This week I completed a pair of booties.
