As you requested for the 1: 2 assignment, a letter of application addressed to the class was posted on my Blog. Attached to this memo, please find my application letter outlining a request for acceptance into a professional writing team for the semester.
The attached report includes:
- Qualifications: High standards of performance, attention to detail, a team player with excellent communication skills; positive, caring approach.
- Education: Obtained dental hygiene diploma. Currently in the final year of the Dental Hygiene degree program at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Vancouver campus.
- Experience: Experience working with fellow team members throughout past and present courses of studies. Presently, works collaboratively in a team setting in a dental office.
- Learning philosophy: My philosophy of learning is that it is a nonlinear process. It is essential to learn from mistakes and continue to thrust ahead with dedication and perseverance.
- Strengths and weaknesses: Attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills, strong organizational skills, reliable and dependable. At times, maybe hesitant to delegate tasks to other team members and be unassertive.
