Introduction to Complaint Letter:
This complaint letter regarding poor service my group received during a birthday celebration is directed toward the Customer Comments department of a restaurant. I wrote this letter because I wish to be compensated for an inconvenience my friends suffered. So, I provide the company I am writing to with details, facts, and requests in a way that presents me as a worthy customer. Most importantly, I utilize the you-attitude throughout this letter.
