The exam is on Wednesday the 27th at 7:00 PM in Buchanan A101. \u00a0will be two hours long and will be cumulative, with a special focus on the vocabulary and grammar of Lecciones 4, 5, 6 (except for direct object pronouns).<\/p>\n
It will be similar in structure to the midterms. \u00a0There are five sections:<\/p>\n
I. \u00a0Gramatica<\/p>\n
These will include short answer and short sentence questions focusing on the grammar of chapters 4-6. Including<\/p>\n
Irregular Verbs: Ir, Dar, Estar, and Ir a as future tense<\/p>\n
Stem Changing Verbs (All 3 types)<\/p>\n
The Present Progressive<\/p>\n
Comparatives and Superlatives<\/p>\n
Ser and Estar<\/p>\n
Irregular First Person Verbs<\/p>\n
Affirmative and Negative Expressions.<\/p>\n

Long Answer<\/p>\n
You will be given 6 open ended questions. \u00a0Your answers must be a minimum of 15 words and to get full marks, you should add something to the answer besides a direct repetition of the material in the question.<\/p>\n

II. \u00a0Composici\u00f3n<\/p>\n
You will be given a choice of two topics to create a composition such as a letter or descriptive paragraph. \u00a0To get full marks you must respect the word counts (120 words) and use all the language forms requested.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
III. \u00a0Di\u00e1logo<\/p>\n
You will be given a choice of topics and asked to create a dialogue similar to the ones used at the beginning of the chapters on similar topics (ordering food from a restaurant, holidays, party planning, housework).<\/p>\n

IV. Traduccion<\/p>\n
