When I got an Interview for intern ship, I was worried.
But, now I am so happy. Because I learned a lot of things

When I came to here , I thought here is so busy.
But It is true!
Every day busy , Everyone BUSY.
Because, our company working with in New York, Toronto and Montreal Ensemble Travel. Those cities got more early time than Vancouver. Especially, morning time is super busy. Also, I was surprised about lunch time. Actually, I heard that situation from Dana before internship. But I did not have any idea about this situation. But, now I can understand why this company has a flexible lunch time. This is good!

When I know my desk, I was so surprised.
Because my desk location the middle of our office.
This note is our company made for conference. When I came to here before day our company has conference. First day, I got this note from my co-worker. And she gave me more for my friends. Because we have lots of note.
I learned about our company copy machine and how I can use many machines.
I worked about our company internet marketing it called E-zine. It is kind of internet magazine. Our company make every month.
when I worked for E-zine I got a responsibility about project.
It is very important things for marketing and promotion.
This is our company agent brochure. I made some label for many brochure and I made list about agency contact number.
I learned a lot of things kind of marketing and help some others co-worker. I saw how they can make marketing and promotion from our company programs. As a result, I want to get a more responsibility about our company marketing before finished my intern.
It is very nice for learned the marketing. I am so happy so far.

– Ensemble travel group for VIP clients VS Hana tour for all kind of people.
– Ensemble travel group focus on the North America
VS Hanatour focus on the world.
– Ensemble travel group a few of marketing system than Hanatour
Because Hanatour have promotion on the facebook, twitter, and
myspace.
3. The strengths of the Ensemble travel group
– They have a lot of agency in North America.
So, they can connect with anywhere in North America.
– They have a lot of luxury plan about travel.
So, this is one of the specific things about travel.
– The Company focus on the just North America travel.
So, this company know more detaile information about
the NorthAmerica than Hanatour.
– Also, They already know about the rule of NorthAmerica promotion.
; So, I though that point very nice things for North America travel.
4. The strengths of the Hana tour.
– This company has a lot of agency in the world.
So, they can connect easily with other agency in the world.
– This company has all kind of travel plan.
So, maybe Tons of people interested in their travel plan.
– This company can make all kind of clients in the world.
5. An idea about the companies.
1) Ensemble travel group
– I think, they should keep an agency in the world.
Because, Hanatour have many agency in the world. So , If I want to connect with this company for my travel in Europe or Asia, I can connect with this company. But now it is impossible keep in touch with Ensemble travel group reserve for Europe travel and Asia.
2) Hanatour
– Hanatour should make for specific plan for special people.
Because some VIP people do not want to together with others people. So they have to make a special plan for specific people.

Last year, I worked in KOTRA in Europe.
Kotra was established in 1962 to bolster the Korean economy through trade. It has since traveled alongside Korea on its journey of economic growth.

Actually, I worked Kotra in Bulgaria.
In Bulgaria Kotra work for trade with Korean Company and Bulgaria Company. When I worked there, I got a meeting with my director and bulgaria company people. And I worked for Europe market research for Korean Company.
Also when I worked there , Sometimes I posted important EU and Korean news article on the company’s website. And I was assisted at several trade exhibitions in Europe.
Through this work experience in the other country, I learned environment of Europe company and how to promotion for event marketing.
I had an opportunity working with europe people in company.
This experience is the best on my life until now, But I hope I’ll make more specific experience for my future.
