The consent form that we had our interviewees sign prior to our interviews stated &#8220;your name will not be identified&#8230; any text records\u00a0will not identify your name or your work place\u00a0(name of school, or other identifiers such as the name of the school district, address of organization, etc.)&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I feel like I know some of your interviewees quite intimately, now! Name, school, position, etc. TO me this is great because I love being able to dig deep into one&#8217;s experiences and see what I can learn, but it&#8217;s something I noticed and wanted to share since this form was signed off on.
