My name is Tamara Oman, currently in my 3rd year pursuing the Bachelor of Business in Real Estate. My academic goal is to expand my knowledge in the Real Estate industry by moving towards an MBA and Urban Economics. A profound love for buildings has been with me from a very young age, where I would analyze a structure’s architecture and design, whether it was a supermarket or a prestigious hotel.  I have a particularly strong interest in innovative developments who provide housing by using green methods to limit their carbon footprint. I hope to use my lessons in Real Estate business and Urban Economics in order to understand markets and design sustainable communities.

I have the opportunity to work with a talented team of experts who are entrepreneurial, always striving to lead the Real Estate field in marketing, innovation, and consumer education. My role on the team is the Director of Operations, where I oversee the implementation of our core values, goals and vision, the execution of projects, as well as responsible for managing the flow of daily administrative operations. My experience working with the team has taught me the necessary entrepreneurial skills to start a secondary business offering Realtor’s virtual administration services. We are in our second year of business and continue to foresee a high demand in virtual assistants as COVID has evolved the virtual working world.

My professional goals are to build an impressive Real Estate investment portfolio not only from a business perspective but also in the residential rental market. My love for the Real Estate business is ever growing and I am excited to continue taking steps towards expanding my professional knowledge in the industry.
