Final Project: Describing Communication Technologies
The rapid growth of digital technologies has transformed how organizations communicate, train employees, and maintain essential knowledge. As workplaces become increasingly global and fast-paced, Learning Management Systems (LMS) have become essential tools for delivering, tracking, and standardizing corporate training. I chose this topic because of my professional experience as a software implementation specialist working closely with LMS platforms and adult learners. Through collaborating with vendors, configuring systems, and supporting diverse organizations, I have gained firsthand insight into how LMS reshape communication practices, influence digital literacy, and redefine adult learning. Exploring this evolution connects academic theory with the practical realities I encounter every day.
