Our facilitators are a select team of highly qualified graduate students from across disciplines at UBC who are certified as Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) Facilitators and go through ongoing extensive training around facilitation and pedagogy. We offer professional development for our graduate student facilitators throughout the year and support them in all aspects of workshop design and delivery.
