Participants who complete the TDI can choose to be entered into a draw for a $50 gift certificate.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For those who complete the paper survey, TDI facilitators are asked to gather the participant\u2019s ballot (name and email address). We have $50 for a gift certificate for each community to facilitate a local draw.
