Welcome to Student Corner!
At Student Corner, we’ll be spotlighting the incredible work of graduate students worldwide who are reshaping the future of language education. This platform is dedicated to creating space for innovative, anti-oppressive approaches to language education—approaches that challenge traditional norms, which often marginalize non-dominant cultures and perpetuate inequities.
At Student’s Corner, we’ll feature:
- Research Highlights: Summaries of research studies by graduate students.
- Teaching Insights: Real-world examples of anti-oppressive teaching practices.
- Reflections: Reflective pieces focusing on anti-oppression and JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) in language education.
- Picture Story: Images/photos from global spaces and places offering unique perspectives on our diverse multilingual/multicultural contexts.
If you’re a graduate student and interested in getting your work featured at GRC, please contact us through the contact form. We welcome a variety of formats, including written pieces, images, audio/video recordings, and art-based submissions.
