After completing this course and getting familiar with GIS using ArcMap, I can say that I have realized I am definitely more of a hands-on learner.
Even though concepts and tools were discussed in class, whenever I would apply them in ArcMap and play around on my own, I felt I remembered the process much more.
I came out of this course with new friends and a new perspective on my future plans, as GIS has become an interest of mine and a memorable experience in my academics.
