Based on information in the above two articles, I will explain the situation briefly using Fishbone Analysis.<\/p>\n<p>What are the causes?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Public investigation of questionable foreclosure documents<\/li>\n<li>Furor from homeowners that mortgage lenders have been evicting houses by using flawed court papers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These lead to\u2026<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Further suspension of foreclosures<\/li>\n<li>Halt foreclosures<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In most of the banks in the states!<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the result is<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mortgage lenders have to keep advancing payments that will go to all mortgage bondholders instead of foreclosures.<\/li>\n<li>Homeowners uses this advantage so they are \u201cnot willing\u201d to pay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the end, Mortgage lenders don\u2019t have enough revenue to pay the mortgage investor which eventually leads to \u201cfurther losses in the already-battered $2.8 trillion market for residential mortgage-backed securities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I think Fishbone Analysis is quite helpful when the case are involved with so many factors.
