Services Offered:
We offer training programs to perfect our client’s physical condition in a way that allows them to excel at playing basketball. We provide strength training programs for upper, lower, and whole body, aerobic condition programs to guarantee our client’s ability to play hard the whole game without undue fatigue, plyometric programs to train explosive power and agility, and finally stretching programs for before and after games.
Price List:
For a team either:
- 1 session = $200 (2 hours)
- 10 sessions = $1,900 (2 hours per session)
For individual = $60 (1 hour)
Meeting Location:
We will meet teams at their school gym for sessions.
