These learning opportunities often involve a shift in perspective as students come to understand worldviews and opinions apart from their own.<\/p>\n<p>Educators can create transformative learning opportunities through providing multimodal learning environments. Multimodal teaching, in turn, supports the development of multi-literate students. Technology is an incredible tool for creating transformative and multimodal learning experiences which foster students who are multi-literate and expressive of the curricular core competencies.
