Did the workshop anchor all learning activities to a larger task or problem?
Did the workshop support the learner in developing ownership for the overall problem or task?
Did the design an authentic task?
Did the design the task and the learning environment to reflect the complexity of the environment they should be able to function in at the end of the learning?
Did the workshop give the learner ownership of the process used to develop a solution?
Was the learning environment designed to support and challenge the learners thinking?
Did the workshop encourage testing ideas against alternative views and alternative contexts?
Did the workshop provide opportunity for and support reflection on both what is learned and on the learning activity?
