American Apparel Wears TOO Little

Reference Post: Frankie Cena’s “American Apparel… American Porn Star”

I seriously wonder what is AA’s target market and objective of their brand. Because clearly whoever came up with the idea of nude photoshoots of AA models thinks that their customers would want to wear like them.

I can tell you right now that certain outfits you put on your AA models do not make me want to buy them because they portrait different images from what I am looking for.

Other ethical issues (mentioned by Frankie), how old are these models and how old do you think your customers who are viewing these outfits are?

What’s really puzzling to me are those magnified, close-up nipple shots.

I think the target market may be literally made of porn stars since I can’t imagine a “normal” person wearing transparent body fishnet while shopping for groceries or teaching a class-LOL.
