(rides a bike, takes a taxi, skateboards, rollerblades, drives, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>I drive. I\u00a0have the pleasure of having a\u00a0Corolla. But I know many people who have life-long anxiety surrounding driving, who may be uncomfortable sharing this information. This is just like individuals I know\u00a0with social anxiety disorder struggles having to lie on minimum wage hiring questionnaires about approaching every customer, looking customers in the eyes, making small talk with customers and fellow team members, going to staff parties, etc. in order to make themselves seem more hireable.<\/p>\n<p>How do you think employment services could create an environment for hiring that is an accurate reflection of an individual&#8217;s skill set, while avoiding potential discrimination for those with mental illness?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; When beginning new job positions or starting a new job search, it can often be difficult to address mental health concerns in the workplace and we may encounter problematic situations.
