So what are some ways to get over it?<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Define boundaries. Block or unfriend them on Facebook if you need to.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Don\u2019t immediately suggest to \u201cstay friends\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Call up some friends and spend time with them<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Spend time outdoors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Allow yourself to cry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do not blame yourself<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Listen to upbeat music<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Watch movies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Exercise<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do things you like to keep your mind off that situation, maybe try new things and explore new hobbies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Remember to be clear about boundaries with the person if you want full closure, and it\u2019s okay if that means you need to cut ties. Know that you deserve better and something better will come your way. Letting go is an important part of setting yourself free from that heartbreak and pain.
