IMPORTANT NOTICE: POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 16 SEPTEMBER

\nWe are excited to announce that we are holding our annual\u00a0Research Day<\/strong> on Tuesday 22 September 2015<\/strong>! This half-day mini conference is our flagship event <\/strong>every year. This is a great opportunity to showcase your research<\/strong> and network with individuals from diverse departments at UBC\u00a0and the industry.<\/p>\n

Presentations<\/strong> (2 – 4PM\u00a0LSC3 Theatre<\/em>)
\nPosters and reception<\/strong>\u00a0after the oral presentations (LSC Atrium)<\/em><\/p>\n

If you are a UBC postdoc or research associate<\/strong> and would like to make a 10 minute oral presentation<\/strong> or a poster presentation<\/strong>, please submit your abstract here<\/a><\/strong> (the\u00a0oral submission has closed, but you can still submit a poster until 16 September<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Attendance is free and open to all interested parties. Please RSVP here<\/a><\/strong>. Space is limited (last year we had a wait list), so please sign up early to avoid disappointment! Cash prizes <\/strong>to be won and drinks and refreshments<\/strong> will be served.<\/p>\n
