This encourages accountability in group work, and provides students with opportunities to reflect and be heard by the instructor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any feedback given is anonymous, and instructors can choose whether they want the results to be released or not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evaluations can be created from scratch, with a variety of question types (Likert, Paragraph, Sentence, Dropdown) to choose from. A rating of \u201c3\u201d indicates that the team member\u2019s contributions met your expectation. A rating of \u201c4\u201d means that the team member contributed slightly more than expected, and \u201c5\u201d reflects a contribution well above your expectation.
