Meetings

We meet every other Thursday from 12:05pm-1:00pm. Meetings are either hybrid or online – you can attend hybrid meetings in person at the David Strangway Building, 5th Floor, in the Training Room.

Each meeting will be built around an agenda similar to the below:

  • The meeting will be called to order
  • If there are many new members, we will do quick introductions
  • We will introduce and explain the roles used during the meeting
  • If there is a full length (5-7 minute) speech scheduled, this speaker will go first
  • The Table Topics Master will lead all attendees through the table topics session, where any attendee can volunteer to do a 2 minute speech with one of the pre-determined theme-related topics.
