You have to really love what you do. Because if you don’t, it’ll be so hard to keep doing it over a sustained period of time, and eventually you’ll give up. Those were said by the late Steve Jobs.
This is especially true when you are trying to achieve something that people perceive as impossible. You need to fundamentally believe that what you are doing is important to you, important to your customers and to whoever else it may impact.
And you may not be right with the approach you take to achieve the goal the first few times, but believing passionately in it will give you the drive and persistence to keep you moving forward, regardless of how hard the road may be.
And lastly, don’t be realistic with what you believe. If everyone was realistic, we may not have some of the great inventions we enjoy today.
