I had the opportunity to understand the mentality of Olympic medalists, and if you think about, some train so that every 4 years, they can try to achieve their Olympic dreams of standing on the podium.
Track and field athletes have it rough, they have to train everyday, and work on trying to improve themselves, and if they lose out on a competition, they gotta pick themselves up and keep training, and eventually, some will get the breakthourgh they need. Some unfortunately get injured, like this guy:
Mad respect for this man. Pulling a hamstring HURTS, really bad.
What would you do in that situation? Would you give up at that point? What if you had invested so much time to prepare for that moment? The only thing you need to prove to anybody, is prove to yourself that you can do it. And when your successful, everybody else will all be watching. You won’t have to tell them a thing.
Just wanna tell that this is very useful , Thanks for taking your time to write this.
