While I don&#8217;t discount that your business needs to be kept financially afloat, if you really want to build a great company&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>you have to very clearly align your beliefs with your product. But this concept applies to your personal goals as well. Why do you stand for what you say you stand for? Just like how your organization or business needs to stand for something that you fundamentally believe in, or else you will only ever be a good company.
