Operational Guidelines for Community Gardens can be found on the City of Vancouver website (http://vancouver.ca/people-programs/community-garden-resources.aspx). This very useful document outlines important rules and guidelines that are enforced for all of Vancouver’s Community Gardens. Although we may not qualify as a city-owned community garden, these basic principles are key to successfully operating a community garden, and will be referenced and used throughout our proposal.
