  • Locate myself. I realize there are many different teaching styles, all of them works well for different types of teachers, but I believe there is no best style for all teacher, just there is best one for me. I have got to find it out.
  • Avoid being too self-conscious. It is okay to make mistake in many aspect, as long as we are willing to face it.
  • Balance between work and life: avoid burning myself out in all the school logistics by spending some time to relax and refresh myself.
