The AMS Bike Co-op is looking for volunteers to help the organizers of the second ever Pedalling Art:
\nVancouver\u2019s Annual Bike Art Auction . This year\u2019s event will take place on Friday, November 10th at Gam
\nGallery .
\nPedalling Art is a silent auction fundraiser for two programs run by PEDAL and the AMS Bike Co-op:
\nPedals for the People and Bici Libre . These programs divert bikes from the waste stream, refurbish them
\nwith the help of volunteers, and give bikes to people that would otherwise have little to no means of
\nreliable transportation. The programs also subsidize repairs and provide mechanical instruction and
\nsupport in the form of toolkits when possible.

\nVolunteers are needed to assist with planning and execution of the event.
\nVolunteers can expect to gain skills and experience in the following areas:
\n\u25cf Event staffing, planning, and promotion
\n\u25cf Curation
\n\u25cf Gallery install \/ uninstall
\n\u25cf Non-profit management
\n\u25cf Programs management
