MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE:
The Marketing and Communications team will hold power over all social media outlets and be in charge of updating and maintaining the website. Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts will be constantly updated by this team and maintenance will occur periodically throughout the year. This team will also be in charge of any thunderclapping, promotions, or fundraisers and distributing advertisements.
1 Social Media Coordinator
- Updates all Facebook events and pages
- Messages all club members to coordinate Thunderclap dates and times
- In charge of promoting events through social media
2 Photographers/Videographers
- Documents events and fundraisers
- Plans club photo shoots
- Edits photos and videos as necessary
1 Graphic Designer
- Create posters and artwork for the website and events, as needed by the marketing and communications team
1 Web Master
- Update and maintain website for all events and activities
(NOTE: Creative directors for each event will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to design promotional materials including but not limited to posters, brochures, and cover photos for each event. They will also plan any photo or video documentation for our events and fundraisers and hold the power to recruit additional photographers and/or videographers or artists if necessary.)
