We provide services to people on the path to health and wellness, so weather you are young or old, an expert or beginner exerciser, have high or low fitness status, are at a healthy or unhealthy weight, are in pain or free of pain or have several health concerns or no health concerns, we can help.

Personal Health and Fitness Appraisals

Knowing where you are now will help you figure out where you are going and how you will get there.  Health and Fitness appraisals including aerobic fitness, body composition, musculoskeletal strength, endurance and flexibility, and healthy back assessments are conducted by our personal trainers, and are designed to determine current physical condition for program planning, as well as to measure individual progress over time.  For more information on each assessment, click here.

Personal Training

In a personal training session we are there to work with you individually. This means each session is designed to meet your specific needs, and help you achieve your goals. We are there to answer your questions, guide your technique, monitor your progress, keep you on track, and to keep you motivated.  We will start with a thorough understanding of your medical history, fitness experience and level, strengths and weaknesses, and your short and long term goals, and then come up with a program that works for you.  It is up to you to decide where we meet—at home, outdoors, in a gym—and how often we meet—monthly, weekly, or more.

Small Group Training

Add a social, motivational element to your routine with small group (3-6 people) training.  Find a few friends or let us create a group of individuals with similar needs, and you will get a fun workout with plenty of individual attention and feedback from the trainer.

Aquatic Exercise Personal Training

Take the load off and start or move your fitness journey into the water.  It’s personal training with the added benefits offered by submersion in water—lower impact and stress to joints, lower risk of falls, increased circulation, and increased comfort and cooling effect.  Aquatic personal training can serve several purposes.  It can be used during injury recovery, for cross training, as an alternative to land based exercise or a stepping stone towards it, or as a means of shaking things up and trying something new.
