CWL & iMED

If you have not received your CWL or iMed email, it could be that that your email on file is different from the one that you are currently using. A second reason could be that our emails may have been identified as spam email and it is likely that the email is in your junk folder. If your email server is blocking the emails from @ubc.ca please include @ubc.ca emails in your protected list. 

If you did not activate your CWL within 72 hours of receiving the email, then please contact the IT Service Centre at: http://it.ubc.ca/helpdesk. You will need to explain to IT Services that you need to re-activate the CWL. They should be able to help you.

iMed cards were also sent out digitally, so it is likely that it ended up in your Junk Mail as well. You will need to follow up with
 info@david-cummings.com if you have not received an email
