Hi everyone!
We hope you have been enjoying your VSP experience so far, and also taking lots of photos!
We are planning on making a slideshow of all the events for the farewell, so we need your help in getting the best photos!
We will be giving a prize to the best photo submitted, so get your cameras out and start snapping!
If you have taken photos during any of the events, please upload them following these instructions:
1) Go to this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B71yLuk157XPcE5lU19CUmd0Slk
2) You will need to sign in to Google docs. You can sign up with any email address, you do not need a gmail account.
3) Select a folder for which event you are uploading photos. Each folder will start with the date it was on, and then the name of the event (example: “2016-07-21 City Tour”).
4) Upload a MAXIMUM of THREE photos into each event folder. We will need to look through these photos later, and we do not want too many.
5) If you want to win the best photo prize, please make sure your full name and surname are in the photo name.
6) There is also a folder called “Any other photos”. If you took some cool pictures at any informal events you can upload them here.
