Hi everyone!<\/p>\n

We hope you have been enjoying your VSP experience so far, and also taking lots of photos!<\/p>\n

We are planning on making a slideshow of all the events for the farewell, so we need your help in getting the best photos!<\/p>\n

We will be giving a prize to the best photo submitted, so get your cameras out and start snapping!<\/p>\n

If you have taken photos during any of the events, please upload them following these instructions:<\/p>\n

1) Go to this link:\u00a0https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=0B71yLuk157XPcE5lU19CUmd0Slk<\/a><\/p>\n

2) You will need to sign in to Google docs. You can sign up with any email address, you do not need a gmail account.<\/p>\n

3) Select a folder for which event you are uploading photos. Each folder will start with the date it was on, and then the name of the event (example: “2016-07-21 City Tour”).<\/p>\n

4) Upload a MAXIMUM of THREE photos into each event folder. We will need to look through these photos later, and we do not want too many.<\/p>\n

5) If you want to win the best photo prize, please make sure your full name and surname are in the photo name.<\/p>\n

6) There is also a folder called “Any other photos”. If you took some cool pictures at any informal events you can upload them here.<\/p>\n
