It is yummy, healthy and you can cook enough to last you the whole week!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients <\/span>(For 2-3 servings-total 40 minutes cooking time)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(Most ingredients can be found in Asian\/Indian grocery stores)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For sauce:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>4 tbsp. of tamarind<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp. of sugar<\/li>\n<li>8 tbsp. of fish sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. of dried chili pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The rest:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>\u00bd of package rice noodles<\/li>\n<li>Some peanuts<\/li>\n<li>Cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>500g of shrimp or extra-firm tofu<\/li>\n<li>Green onions<\/li>\n<li>1 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of bean sprouts<\/li>\n<li>Ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>Lime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Steps:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Soak the rice noodles in hot water and set it aside for a couple of minutes. Check back frequently for the right texture- it should be <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">flexible but never mushy<\/span>! When you have the right texture, run it through cold water to stop the cooking and set it aside for later<\/li>\n<li>In your wok or a big pot, roast your peanuts<\/li>\n<li>Then, add in oil, garlic, tofu\/shrimp and green onions<\/li>\n<li>When they are cooked, add the cooked noodles to the wok<\/li>\n<li>Pour the sauce over the noodles and gentle mix the ingredients together\u00a0(Be careful not to break all the noodles!)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Make room for the eggs by pushing all the noodles to aside. Crack and scramble the egg<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Add the bean sprouts<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Finally, taste your noodles- add some ground pepper and more fish sauce if you want<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">DONE!
