This blog was shifted to a new platform&#8211;I don&#8217;t know how to use it yet&#8211;but nonetheless&#8211;it feels good to be here again.<\/p>\n<p>Spring has\u00a0 arrived since I was last here. A gorgeous blue-sky fluffy-cloud day and students are in finals.<\/p>\n<p>I am almost done with a submission for a local writing contest&#8211;I always try about once a year&#8211;to keep my mind sharp-edged, ready. Always good to revise and devote my time to something fun and positive vs. dull and stressful.<\/p>\n<p>We have planted our seeds, son and I, and we have: daikon radishes, sugar pumpkins, rosemary, basil (2 types), cilantro, jolly jester marigolds, sunflowers, and Japanese cucumbers.
