Are all week objectives covered either by the case or by other sessions?

Are there changes to make to the week schedule for curricular reasons or to improve the week learning?
Are any lecturers changing? Consult Teacher Selection process and work with Administrative Staff to confirm lecturer availability.

Are there changes to make to the case to support adjusted week objectives?
Consider any rewrites required to support proposed change in week content.
Are there changes to make to the case in response to feedback (student/tutor/ course-system-theme leads)?

◊ CONFIRM the week schedule
Work with program staff to confirm availability and speaker agreement. Can you identify any lecturers who wish to be evaluated by students? Advise Dajana Labas, dajana.labas@ubc.ca and your Course Directors with Lecturer Assessment requests at least 1 month in advance of the session.
◊ Attend Cluster Planning Meetings
Are any pieces missing / lecturers not confirmed / other details?
◊ Collaborate to create MCQs
Are MCQs in line with week and session objectives and well distributed amongst these? Any new objectives requiring MCQs?
◊ Complete rewrites to the CBL case, update references
Are there any further changes to the CBL case/ references?
1 Month BEFORE your week

◊ Presentation materials coming in – review

Are you ready for your sessions too?
◊ Prep and submit materials for your sessions

◊ Attend Pre- and Post- PBL / CBL Tutor meetings
Are you free for the pre-Case tutor meeting (early morning or Friday) and for the post-Case tutor meeting the Friday of the week, 10:00-11:00am?
◊ Participate in your lectures / small group sessions / panel discussions as per your plan
◊ Support delivery of the educational activities
Work with the Course Co-Directors and Program Staff to prepare for difficulties in delivery as and when they arise.
