The information captured in each form (such as session or week objectives) links to our Curriculum Management Database. As a week lead, we ask that you review/edit and “SAVE DRAFTS” for each Educational Activity Form associated with your week. The Course Directors will submit the forms after you have saved a draft. Please find appropriate links to each form by first selecting the relevant course below:
